Getting Started
Questions
What is home staging?
Home staging is furnishing and styling a home so buyers can picture themselves living there. Staged homes photograph better, show better in person, and stand out online, where most buyers start their search.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Castle Rock, Parker, Denver Metro and Colorado Springs, plus nearby communities. Not sure if you're in our area? Just ask.
Do you stage vacant and occupied homes?
Yes. For vacant homes, we bring in furniture, art and accessories to fill the space. For occupied homes, we work with what you already have, rearranging and editing, then fill in with our inventory where needed.
Who do you work with?
Homeowners, real estate agents, investors and builders. Agents are welcome to book on behalf of their sellers.
How do I get a quote?
Click "Get A Quote" anywhere on our site and tell us about your property. It only takes a few minutes, and we'll follow up with a quote tailored to your home.
The Process
Questions
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, ideally 2 to 3 weeks before listing photos. We do our best to accommodate tight timelines, so reach out even if you're in a hurry.
What happens on install day?
My team delivers, places and styles everything, so your home is photo-ready when we leave. Most installs are completed in a single day.
Do I need to be home for the install?
No. We just need access to the property. Many sellers and agents prefer to see the finished result once we're done.
How long does the staging stay?
We offer 30, 45 and 60 day staging terms, with longer terms available for builders. Extensions are seamless: we'll send you a reminder a week before your term ends, and you can extend or schedule removal with a quick email.
What happens when the home sells?
We schedule a de-stage and pick up everything, typically around closing, so the home is ready for the new owners.
Pricing & Payment
Questions
How much does staging cost?
Pricing depends on your home's size, the number of rooms staged, whether it's vacant or occupied, and the location. Use our "Get A Quote" form for an estimate specific to your home.
When is payment due?
Payment in full is due 7 days before install to confirm your staging date.
Can I pay at closing?
Yes. We offer a pay-at-close option through Titus, available to both agents and homeowners.
How do I pay?
You'll receive an online invoice that you can pay securely by card.
Is staging worth the investment?
Staging helps buyers see a home's full potential, makes your listing photos stand out, and can help your home sell faster. Ask us about results from homes we've recently staged.
